中医推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎临床效果观察

Observation Clinical Effect on Chinese Massage Treatment of Degenerative Knee Arthritis

目的探讨中医推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的退行性膝关节炎患者90例,随机均分成实验组和对照组,各45例。对照组仅在关节注射玻璃酸钠,实验组在对照组的基础上辅助进行中医推拿治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者在进行3个月治疗后,实验组患者总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者总有效率为77.78%,两组对比,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论中医推拿对治疗退行性膝关节炎效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis. Methods In our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015, 90 cases of degenerative knee arthritis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group only in the joint injection of sodium hyaluronate, the experimental group on the basis of the control group to assist in traditional Chinese massage therapy, observe the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results After 3 months treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, the control group was 77.78%, compared the total effective rate of two groups, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Traditional Chinese massage has a significant effect on the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis.
