探究针刺配合康复训练对肺切除术后患者肺功能的影响

To Explore the Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training on Pulmonary Function of Patients After Pulmonary Resection

目的分析研究针刺配合康复训练对肺切除术后患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月在我院进行肺癌切除术的患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取康复训练,观察组在此基础之上采取针刺疗法,对两组患者的肺功能改善情况进行对比。结果临床治疗之前,两组患者的肺功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;临床治疗以后,观察组患者的肺功能改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对肺切除手术以后的患者采取针刺联合康复训练治疗,可以对患者肺功能恢复起到良好的促进作用。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on pulmonary function of patients after pulmonary resection. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for patients with resection of lung cancer in 82 cases, were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, the control group adopted rehabilitation training, observation group based on taking acupuncture therapy, comparison of two groups of patients with improved pulmonary function. Results Before clinical treatment, the two groups of patients with pulmonary function scores were compared, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. After clinical treatment, the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After lung resection surgery patients to take acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for patients with pulmonary function recovery can play a good role in promoting.
