护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者的心理状态的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Nursing Intervention on the Psychological State of Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的探讨护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者心理状态的影响。方法将系统性红斑狼疮患者82例随机分两组,对照组41例实施常规护理,观察组41例实施护理干预。结果同组护理前后比较,SAS评分、SDS评分降低(P<0.05)。两组护理后比较,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的心理状态,有助于提高护理效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods 82 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in the control group were given routine nursing, the observation group of 41 cases of the implementation of nursing intervention. Results Compared with the same group before and after nursing, SAS score, SDS score lower（P〈0.05）. After comparing the two groups of nursing, the observation group SAS score, SDS score lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and it is helpful to improve the nursing effect.
