摘要
目的研究认知护理对肾性高血压患者药物治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月～2016年7月收治的肾性高血压患者150例为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行认知护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组的治疗依从率高于对照组。结论认知护理在肾性高血压中的应用效果良好。
Objective To study the effect of cognitive nursing on drug treatment compliance in patients with renal hypertension. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016, 150 cases of renal hypertension were selected as the research object, which were divided into two groups, in the control group, routine nursing care was carried out, the observation group was based on the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of cognitive nursing in renal hypertension is good.
