探讨综合性护理在减轻肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Pain and Reduce Urinary Retention in Patients After Anal Fistula

目的探讨在肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中应用综合性护理的减轻作用。方法选取我院80例肛瘘手术患者作为研究对象,将入选患者随机分成2组,观察组40例,对照组40例。对照组常规护理,观察组综合性护理。结果术后24 h、48 h、72 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组首次排尿、尿路刺激征、尿潴留、导尿情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便异常1例,占2.5%;对照组排便异常7例,占17.5%;观察组排便异常率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肛瘘患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中应用综合性护理的减轻作用显著,有效降低尿潴留、尿路刺激征、导尿及排便异常等情况的发生。

Objective To investigate the anal postoperative pain and urinary retention in the application of comprehensive nursing in reducing. Methods 80 cases of anal fistula surgery patients as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in the observation group, 40 cases in the control group. Control group conventional care, observation group comprehensive nursing. Results After 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group first micturition and urinary tract irritation, urinary retention, urinary were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 1 cases of abnormal defecation, 2.5% of the control group, 7 cases of abnormal defecation, accounting for 17.5%. The abnormal rate of defecation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensivenursing in patients with anal fistula postoperative pain and urinary retention in the reducing effect significantly, effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention and urinary tract irritation, urinary and bowel anomalies.
