优质护理服务在门诊分诊患者中的应用研究

Study on the Application of High Quality Nursing Service in Outpatient Triage

目的研究优质护理服务在门诊分诊患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年11月～2015年11月在我院门诊就诊的150例患者作为研究对象,分为常规组和优质组,常规组采用常规护理,优质组在此基础上采用优质护理服务,比较2组护理质量、护理满意度。结果优质组护理质量评分和护理满意度评分均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务在门诊分诊患者中的应用效果良好。

Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service in outpatient triage. Methods From November 2013 to November 2015, 150 cases of our hospital patients as the research object, divided into control group and high group, conventional group received routine nursing care, the quality of nursing service quality on the basis of this group, compared 2 groups of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Results The scores of quality group nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing service in outpatient triage is good.
