摘要
襄阳科技馆钢结构屋盖为空间异形结构,屋盖造型似星云状,由三个空间曲面围合拉伸而成,结构体系为空间交叉网格体系。屋盖结构分别支承于主屋脊线环梁、2层楼面周边环梁及内部核心筒顶部铰接支点上。屋盖建模采用Rhino及Grasshopper的参数化建模手段,采用SAP2000软件进行了包括温度作用、风荷载、地震作用在内的整体力学性能分析,并利用ANSYS软件进行了考虑屋盖几何非线性和材料非线性的整体屈曲分析及关键节点的数值模拟分析,验证了该屋盖体系具有良好的抗震性能,满足设计要求。
The steel roof structure of Xiangyang Science and Technology Museum is an irregular space structure in a shape of galaxy which incised by three space curved faces. The steel roof structure is spatial cross-grid system and supported on the ridge beam, circumferential beam of the second floor as well as the hinged strut on the shear-wall core. The steel roof structure is modeled by Rhino and Grasshopper through parametric modeling method. Global mechanical performance analysis under temperature, wind load, earthquake was analyzed by SAP2000 software. ANSYS was used for steel roof buckling analysis as well as the node finite element analysis which taking both the geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity into account. The analysis above verifies the roof system has good performance, which satisfies the design requirements.
