摘要
对某隔震结构支座顶升更换试验进行了介绍,包括主体结构内力分析、变形差预测、结构顶升、支座更换及安装。其中顶升方案采用的是异步顶升法,并详细介绍了异步顶升法的设计及关键技术,主要包括异步顶升法的传力装置、顶升器的布置以及竖向位移控制体系等,同时对异步顶升法进行了经济分析。
The jacking-up replacement test of the bearing of an isolation structure was introduced, including the internal force analysis of the main structure, the prediction of the deformation difference, the jacking-up of the structure, the replacement and installation of the bearing. The jacking-up scheme adopted asynchronous jacking-up method, and the design and key technologies of asynchronous jacking-up method were introduced including arrangement of force transmission device and jacking-up machine and the vertical displacement control system in asynchronous jacking-up method. And the economic analysis was carried out on asynchronous jacking-up method.
