摘要 超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,EC1.15.1.1,简称SOD),是广泛存在于生物体内的酸性金属酶,能够催化超氧阴离子自由基歧化生成氧和过氧化氢,具有抗炎症、抗辐射、抗衰老等作用。
