摘要
目的:优选油炸三七炮制工艺。方法:以浸出物,三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的质量分数为评价指标,采用正交设计法考察加油量、油炸时间、油炸温度对炮制工艺的影响,确定最佳三七油炸工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺参数为药材与油量比值20∶40,油炸时间为7 min,油炸温度为120130℃。浸出物,三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的质量分数依次为28.6%,0.88%,7.76%,3.02%。三七炮制品外观色泽为棕黄色,炮制品的质量稳定。结论:结合三七炮制品的质量及外观色泽,优选的三七炮制工艺稳定可行,为三七的炮制工艺规范提供参考。
Objective : To optimize the frying process of Panax notoginseng with sesame oil. Methods : The yield of extract,notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb~ in Panax notoginseng were served as indexes. The orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of oil volume, frying time and frying temperature on the processing technology so as to obtain the optimal frying process of Panax notoginseng with sesame oil. Results: The best processing conditions were as follows: herbs and oil ratio was 20 : 40;frying time was 7 min;frying temperature was 120 - 130℃;mass fractions of extract,notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 28.6% ,0.88% ,7.76% and 3.02%. Conclusion : This optimized technology was stable and feasible, which could provide a reference for criterion of processing technology of Panax notoginseng.
