野鸢尾中异黄酮与其抗炎作用的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨野鸢尾中8种异黄酮成分与其抗炎作用的相关关系。方法:用HPLC法测定不同产地野鸢尾药材中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、鸢尾甲黄素B、鸢尾甲黄素A、野鸢尾黄素、白射干素及次野鸢尾黄素等8种异黄酮含量;以LPS诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞建立细胞炎症反应模型,以Griess试剂法测定NO释放量;并用SPSS软件与异黄酮成分进行相关分析。结果:不同产地野鸢尾中均检出上述8种异黄酮成分,对LPS诱导小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7中NO的生成量均有显著抑制作用,相关分析结果表明,白射干素与NO生成量正相关,其它7种异黄酮成分与NO生成量负相关。结论:野鸢尾中异黄酮成分与其抗炎作用有相关关系。 Objective : To study the correlation between the anti - inflammatory effects and isoflavones components in I- ris dichotma. Methods:Eight kinds of isoflavones components in Iris dichotma were determined by HPLC. RAW264. 7 macrophages in mice were induced by LPS. Nitric Oxide production was determined with Griess assay. The correlation a- nalysis was processed by SPSS. Results : Eight kinds of isoflavones components in different origins all can be detected. The markedly increased production of nitrite by stimulation of RAW264.7 macrophages with LPS was inhibited significantly (P 〈 0.05) by all samples. The contents of NO was positive correlatedto dichotomin , but negative to tectoridin,iridin,tectorigenin,iristectorigenin B, iristectorigenin A, irigenin and irisflorentin. Conclusion: There is a relationship between isoflavones composition in Iris dichotma, and its anti- inflammatory effects.
