摘要
通过利用三维建模软件solidworks对气动绞车空心轴进行精确建模,然后将实体模型导入COMSOL Multiphysics有限元分析软件,并通过定义材料模型、划分网格、施加约束和载荷等一系列操作建立机构的有限元模型。在仿真实际工况下,对原有结构进行了有限元分析和强度校核,观察其受力和变形,提出结构的优化和改进,并验证了优化后的结果。
Institution-building through the use of 3D modeling software solidworks pneumatic winch hollow shaft accurately modeled, then the entity model into COMSOL Muhiphysics Finite Element Analysis software, and by defining the material model, meshing, applying constraints and loads a series of operations finite element model. It simulate actual conditions of the original structure of the finite element analysis and strength check, observe the stress and deformation is proposed to optimize and improve the structure and verify the resuhs after optimization.
