摘要
提出了一种液压凿岩机冲击机构动力特性参数的近似算法,该方法在现有试验测试的基础上,将液压凿岩机冲击机构运动过程简化成等加速模型过程,根据液压凿岩机冲击机构的结构参数,计算出相应的动力特性参数。该方法简单明了,计算结果与实际测试结果比较接近,可用于分析计算具有类似结构的冲击机构,以满足工程设计的需要。
Based on experimental test,this paper uses approximate calculation for computing dynamic characteristic parameter of impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill.According to hydraulic rock drill design parameters and simplifying the motion process of the impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill as constant acceleration model, the dynamic characteristic parameters has been calculated. This method is simple and clear, and the calculation resultis approximate well with the test. It can be used to analysis and calculate the impact mechanism having a similar structure to meet the needs of engineering design.
