在我国全面推进依法行政的过程中,完善行政权力清单制度,推动行政权力信息的公开化,可以有效保证行政机关依法行政,更好地保障公民合法的权益。与此同时,保障生态文明建设作为行政权力行使的重要使命,更是中国特色社会主义建设的重要环节。生态文明视野下的行政权力清单拥有其独特的制度特点,在我国现有的实践中显现出了很多不足之处,生态文明视野下行政权力清单制度的进一步推进和完善显得迫在眉睫。

In our country, in the process of comprehensively promoting administration according to law and improving the system of executive power list,the promotion of the information openness of the executive power can effectively ensure the administrative organs to exercise its duty according to law and to better protect the citizens＇ legitimate rights and interests. At the same time,the protection of constructing the ecological civilization as an important mission of implementing the administrative power can form an even more important part of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics. To List the administrative governing under the perspective of ecological civilization has its own unique systematic characteristics,the process of which has demonstrated lots of deficiencies,so a further promotion and improvement of the list of the executive power under the perspective of the ecological civilization become imminent.
