摘要
目的:建立测定复方抗溃混悬液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法;方法:用高效液相色谱法测定含量,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100 m L加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g),检测波长345 nm,流速1.0 m L/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为6.175~61.75μg/m L(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.69%(n=6),复方抗溃混悬液中小檗碱含量为1.02~1.05 mg/g。结论:试验表明该方法可用于复方抗溃混悬液的质量控制,该方法专属性强、操作简便。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fufangkangkui suspension. Methods: The content was measured by HPLC. The determination was performed on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB- C18 column,and acetonitrile- 0. 1% H3PO4 which contained 0. 1 g /100 m L sodium dodecyl sulfate( 50 ∶ 50) and was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 345 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0m L / min. Results: The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride was linear at the range of 6. 175 ~ 61. 75μg / m L( r = 0. 9998). The average recovery was 99. 3% with RSD 0. 69%( n = 6). Conclusion: Test shows that the method is specific and simple. It can be used for the quality control of Fufangkangkui suspension.
