It is worth studying how to cultivate the students＇ teaching ability by using the micro- lecture,because the skill of teaching is an important guarantee for normal students to grow up as an outstanding teacher. Micro-lecture plays a very important role in outstanding teacher skills training,how to apply Micro- lecture in their teaching skills is well worthy of research. The paper introduces the meaning of Micro- lecture,expounds the problems in normal students＇ teaching skills training of Micro- lecture application,and puts forward the specific countermeasures on how to use Micro- lecture to cultivate their teaching skills. The micro- lecture is applied to the in- service teacher training.
