创新人才培养是高等教育的核心,受到国家和高校自身的高度重视。本科生—研究生相互融通培养模式是一种新的探索,通过本科生与研究生相互促进、本科生与研究生的校外教育基地的共享和海外名师对本科生与研究生的共同教育,提高教育教学质量。我校在运用本科生—研究生相互融通培养模式后取得成效,对其他高校有一定的借鉴作用。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the core part of higher education,which has been attached great importance by the state and the university itself.Undergraduate-Graduate mutual intermediation training mode is a kind of new exploration,and promotes each other through this training system.Besides,both undergraduate and graduate share common off-campus education base.By sharing famous overseas teachers,undergraduate and graduate have received substantial benefits.What 's more,our school has improved the quality of education and teaching.In general,our school has achieved certain results after the use of this model,which has a certain reference for other colleges and universities.
