培哚普利与乐卡地平小剂量联合应用治疗高血压的临床效果观察

Clinical study of perindopril intergrated with lercanidipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients in low dose

目的评价培哚普利与乐卡地平小剂量联合应用针对治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取240例2015年2月至2015年9月来我院诊治的高血压患者为实验对象,随机分为单用培哚普利组(A组,n=80)、单用乐卡地平组(B组,n=80)以及两药联合治疗组(C组,n=80)。A组患者服用培哚普利6 mg,1次/d;B组患者服用乐卡地平12 mg,1次/d;C组患者服用培哚普利3 mg,1次/d+乐卡地平6 mg,1次/d。同时观察三组患者治疗6、12、18周后降压效果。结果三组均能有效降低高血压;第12周开始两药联合治疗组,血压达标率情况及血压下降幅度均优于两个单药治疗组,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗期间不良事件5例,明显低于单药治疗组(培哚普利组21例,乐卡地平组9例),有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论培哚普利与乐卡地平两药小剂量联合服用对高血压患者有显著性降压效果、大大提高了降压效率,降低了药物不良反应发生率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of perindopril integrated with lercanidipine applied to patients with hypertension in low dose. Methods Two hundred forty patients with high blood pressure from February 2015 to September 2015 in our hospital were distributed to perindopril group （A group, perindopril 6 mg/d, n=80）, lercanidipine group （B group, lercanidipine 12 mg/d, n=80） and combination group （C group, perindopril 3 mg/d plus lercanidipine 6 mg/d, n=80） randomly. The antihypertensive effort of the thress groups was evaluated at 6, 12 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The treatment for three groups can reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive patients effectively. Whereas, in comparison with perindopril group and lercanidipine group, patients in combination group exhibited lower mean arterial pressure at 12, 18 week after treatment, and the descend range of blood pressure were better than these other groups （P〈O.05）. There were 5 cases of adverse events in group C during the treatment, which was significantly lower than these two monotherapy groups with perindopril group （21 cases） and lercanidipine group （9 cases）, and the differences was significant among different treatment group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined treatments in patients with high blood pressure have significant antihypertensive effect and can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions during treatment.
