活动期胃溃疡经胃苏颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole in the treatment with Gastric ulcer

目的分析胃苏颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡的效果。方法选取我院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的150例活动期胃溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者采用兰索拉唑治疗,观察组患者用胃苏颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者胃溃疡症状面积明显小于对照组患者,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,两组患者通过治疗,观察组患者的幽门杆菌系列抗体检验阳性率明显低于对照组患者,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论胃苏颗粒联合兰索拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡效果显著,值得在临床广泛推广与使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole in the treatment with Gastric ulcer. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with active gastric ulcer in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control groupo were ginven lansoprazole treatment, and the patients in the observation group received Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared in this study. Results The area of gastric ulcer symptoms in the observation group patients after treatment was much smaller than that of patients in the control group, and the differentce was with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In addition, the positive rate of series helicobacter pylori antibody test of patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differentce was with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Weisu granules combined with lansoprazole has a remarkable effect in the treatment of active gastric ulcer, which is worth to be widely used in clinical.
