Objective To explore the curative effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride combining with Fuyan shu capsule on patients with pelvic inflammatory. Methods One hundred patients with pelvic inflammatory disease from June 2105 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group has 50 cases. The patients in control group were given levofloxacin antibiotic treatment, the patients in observation group were given levofloxacin combining with Fuyan shu capsule treatment, the efficient, cytokine levels and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The rate of treatment efficient in the observation group was 96.00%, which was obviously higher than 76.00% in control group (P〈0.05); compared with before treatment, the IL-2 and TNF-α level in observation group were significantly decreased, the IL-10 level was increased obviously (P〈0.05); compared with the control group after treatment, the level of IL-2 and TNF-α was obviously decreased, the IL-10 level was obviously increased (P〈0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in control group was 30.00%, which was significantly lower than 10.00% in observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of levofloxacin hydrochloride combining with Fuyan shu capsule in patiens with pelvic inflammatory shows definite curative effect, and can helpful to reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the body immunity, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical wide application and promotion.
