摘要
目的探讨不同类型的临床标本进行微生物检验的阳性分布情况和流行病学现状分析。方法将我院检验科自2014年6月至2016年6月进行各类临床微生物检验的532份标本作为研究对象,按照检验时间先后的顺序,取两个不同时间段中不同种类微生物标本检验阳性率的结果进行回顾性分析。结果血液等培养标本第一阶段检验阳性率显著低于第二阶段,呼吸道标本和非呼吸道标本第一阶段检验阳性率显著高于第二阶段,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两个阶段粪便标本检验阳性率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论仔细分析检验科室不同时间段、不同种类临床标本微生物检验阳性率发生情况,可提高标本检验结果的准确性,为感染病的成功诊断和治疗提供有力的科学依据。
Objective To discuss the positive distribution situation of microbiological detection and status analysis of epidemiology on different types of clinical specimens. Methods Five hundred and thirty two specimens of all kinds of clinical microbiological examination were studied in our hosipital's clinical laboratory from June 2014 to June 2016. According to the time sequence of the test, the results of positive rate of test from two different kinds of microbiological specimens in the different times were retrospectively compared. Results The positive rate of the first phase of testing in blood culture specimens was significantly lower than the second phase. The positive rate of the first phase of testing in respiratory and nonrespiratory specimens was significantly higher than the second phase. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The difference was not significant (P〉0.05) in the positive rate of two phases of testing from stool specimens. Conclusion To analyze the occurrence of positive rate in microbiological detection from the different time periods and different types of clinical specimens can improve the accuracy of the specimen test results and provide powerful science basis for the successful diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
