摘要
目的探讨分析不同细胞因子及相关抗体在不孕症诊断中的作用,以提高不孕症诊断效率。方法选择2015年1月至2015年12月在我院就诊的30例免疫性不孕症患者为研究对象,设为观察组;同时选取20例正常女性为对照组,应用ELISA检测法检测两组人员的IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-21、TNF-α、IFN-γ等细胞因子水平以及EMAb、AhCGAb、AOAb、AsAb等相关抗体水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组血清中的IL-2、IL-21、TNF-α、IFN-γ等Th1型细胞因子的含量较高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.01);两组血清中其他两项Th2型细胞因子相比,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),但与Th1型细胞因子相比,差异较小,不具统计学意义(P>0.05);在EMAb、AhCGAb、AOAb、AsAb等抗体的对比上,观察组的阳性率高于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫性不孕症的发生与Th1型细胞因子的含量和相关抗体的表达有着密切的关系,参照目前临床诊断依据,IL-21可作为新型不孕症诊断指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of different cytokines and antibodies in the diagnosis of infertility, and to improve the diagnostical efficiency of infertility. Methods Thirty cases of patients with immune infertility admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as observation group, while 20 cases of normal women were selected as control group. The cytokine levels like IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-21, TNF-et and IFN-% and the antibody levels like EMAb AhCGAb, AOAb, AsAb were detected by ELISA detection. Results The content of Thl type cytokine like IL-2, IL-21, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the observation group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01); the other two Th2 type cytokines in the serum of the two groups showed significant difference (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference compared with the Thl type cytokines; the positive rate of EMAb, AhC- GAb, AOAb and AsAb in the observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of immune infertility is closely related with Thl cytokine levels and the expression of related antibodies. Combined with the current clinical diagnosis references, IL-21 can be a new index for the diagnosis of infertility.
