培菲康与蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Bifico and blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的探讨培菲康与蓝光照射联合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的100例新生儿黄疸患儿,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用单纯的蓝光照射治疗,研究组采用培菲康与蓝光照射联合治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效与治疗前后血清胆红素的变化情况。结果经治疗后,研究组患儿治疗总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(80.00%)(P<0.05);两组患儿的血清胆红素与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培菲康与蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,可供临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Bifico combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods One hundred cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital during January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group only received blue light treatment, the study group was given Bifico and blue light irradiation treatment. The clinical effect and the changes of serum bilirubin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group （94.00%） was significantly higher than the control group （80.00%） after treatment （P 〈0.05）; serum bilirubin in both groups had statistically significant improvement compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the improvement situation of the study group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifieo and blue light irradiation treatment have clinical effect on neonatal jaundice, which can he popularization and application for clinical treatment.
