舒适护理应用于妇科癌症患者护理中的临床效果

The clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing care in gynecological cancer patients

目的评价舒适护理应用于妇科癌症患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年12月我院收治的788例妇科癌症患者为研究对象,对此788例患者行舒适护理,作为观察组;选取2012年1月至2014年2月1 082例入住我院进行妇科癌症治疗的患者予以常规护理方式,作为对照组。比较两组患者的护理效果及生化指标情况。结果舒适护理下的观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院前各指标水平明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理中,舒适护理可改善妇科癌症患者依从性,改善免疫状态,对于肿瘤的治疗具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing care in gynecological cancer patients. Methods Seven hundred and eighty-eight cases of patients with gynecological cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and received comfortable nursing; at the same time, 1 082 cases of gynecological cancer patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the control group, and received normal nursing. The nursing effect and the level of biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results With the comfortable nursing, the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; and the level of biochemical indicators of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical nursing, comfortable nursing can improve the compliance of gynecological cancer patients, improve the immune status of patients, and has a positive significance for the treatment of cancer.
