摘要
目的分析舒适护理应用于妊娠高血压患者护理中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2016年1月期间收治的168例妊娠高血压患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将所有患者分为两组,研究组(84例)与对照组(84例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予舒适护理;对比两组患者的血压变化情况与临床护理满意度。结果研究组患者的血压变化情况、临床护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于妊娠高血压患者中的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床中推广运用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in the pregnancy-induced hypertension pa- tient care. Methods The clinical data of the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertention from January 2014 to January 2016 admitted in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were divided into the research group （84 cases） and the control group （84 cases） according to the admission order. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in the research group were treated with comfortable nursing. Blood pressure changes and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The changes of the blood pressure and clinical nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of comfortable nursing in the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension is very significant, it is worth popularizing in clinical.
