摘要
目的探讨康复理疗在腰椎盘突出症患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出110例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者采用传统推拿、牵引治疗,观察组患者进行康复理疗治疗,治疗20 d后,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者实行康复理疗治疗可改善临床症状,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy in patients with lumbar disc outstanding disorder. Methods One hundred and ten cases of patients with lumbar disc outstanding disorder from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected, all the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by traditional massage, traction therapy, patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation therapy treatment. The total effective rate was compared between the two groups 20 days after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The physical therapy rehabilitation therapy for the lumbar dish outstanding disorder patients can improve clinical symptoms, has definite clinical value, it is worth popularizing in clinical.
