地方本科高校土木工程专业分层分类人才培养模式探索

针对我国高等教育迈入大众化阶段,未来建筑业对工程类人才的多元化需求,将土木工程人才分为高素质复合型、宽口径综合型和应用技术型三种类型。地方本科高校应从学生角度出发,立足于应用技术型人才培养的需求,采用纵向分层教学、横向分类的人才培养模式。并对人才培养理念变革、人才层次类型划分以及人才培养模式实施保障等问题进行了探讨。

Based on China’s higher education entering into the popular period and diversified demand of future construction industry to engineering talents, talents in civil engineering can be divided into three types, including compound talent with high-quality, wide bore talents with comprehensive ability and applied technique-oriented professionals. Local colleges and universities should start from students, stand on the training requirements of applied technique-oriented professionals and adopt the talent training mode of vertical stratification teaching and horizontal classification. Moreover, the concept change of talent training, type classification of talent levels and the safeguard mechanism of talents cultivation pattern are discussed respectively in this paper.
