对我国婚姻家庭法教学改革的思考

近些年我国司法实践领域的专业化分工越来越普遍,而我国法学教育,尤其是与社会联系最紧密的婚姻家庭法教学却存在严重滞后的现象。笔者由此提出了对我国婚姻家庭法课程进行适当改革的建议。

In recent years, division of labor based on specialization in judicial practice field becomes more and more popular. The legal education in our country, especially the teaching of marriage and family law, which is closely connected with society, lags behind. Therefore, the writer puts forward some suggestions to make proper reform on the course of marriage and family law.
