关于我院临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养管理工作的思考

研究生教育是我国培养具备综合能力的高等人才的主要途径,其培养质量是研究生教育的关键所在,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量对将来我国的医学事业也具有深远影响,而质量和管理密不可分,本文就研究生培养管理过程中可能存在的问题,对如何做好研究生教育和管理工作进行探讨。

Graduate education is the main way of training higher talents with comprehensive ability in our country. The key to graduate education is cultivation quality. The training quality of professional master degree of clinical medicine graduate has a far-reaching influence on our country’s medical career in the future. However, the training quality and management are inseparable. This paper discusses the possible problems in the process of the training and management of graduate and how to do a good job of graduate education and management.
