高校辅导员队伍建设情况和能力现状调研报告

2014年,教育部以教思政〔2014〕2号印发《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》(以下简称标准),对辅导员的职业能力提出了明确的要求和标准。标准的颁发,为辅导员队伍建设有了强提供力的政策依据,使高校辅导员队伍建设进入快速发展、不断完善的新阶段。从教育部文件到各地方教育主管部门和高校针对辅导员队伍建设以及能力提升均制定了有针对性的措施,辅导员队伍建设进入到快速发展阶段。但是,各高校辅导员队伍建设现状和辅导员能力存在着较大差异,了解目前辅导员队伍建设现状和辅导员能力对于进一步提升辅导员能力,加强学生思想教育,促进高校全面发展有着重要作用。基于此,文章对全国高校辅导员队伍建设情况进行抽样统计,分析目前高校辅导员队伍建设现状,并进行研究。

In 2014, ＂higher university counselor professional ability standard（interim）＂（hereinafterr referred to as the ＂standard＂） issued by the Ministry of education puts forward clear requirements and standards to the professional ability of to counselors. The issue of standard provides a powerful policy basis for the construction of the counselor team, making the construction of college counselors enter into a new stage of rapid development and continuous improvement. From documents of the Ministry of Education to local education authorities and universities, they all make pertinent measures to build counselors team and improve their ability and the construction of the counselor team enters into a rapid development stage. However, there is a big difference in the present construction situation of university counselor team and counselors’ ability. Have a better understanding of that plays an important role in strengthening the ideological education of students, and promoting the comprehensive development of university. Based on this,this article carries on the sampling statistics to the construction situation of university instructor troop, analyzes and researches on the present construction situation of the university counselor troop.
