摘要
现阶段,使用最为广泛的教育技术培训模式主要有两类,即面授教学模式与远程教学模式,但这两类培训模式都存在利弊。随着教育技术培训的不断发展,很多高校逐渐采用混合学习模式,科学地整合上述两类培训模式,不仅扩大了高校教师学习相关教育技术的机会,而且也在一定程度上弥补了面授培训和远程培训的缺陷。因此,将混合原理应用到高校教师教育技术培训之中,既能构建并完善当前高校教师培训体系,同时又能不断推动高校教学模式的改革与发展。
At present, the most widely used training modes of educational technology are face-to-face teaching mode and distance teaching mode, however, either of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. With the constant development of educational technology training(ETT), many colleges gradually adopt blending learning model, and reasonably combine aforesaid two training modes. This not only expands college teacher’s learning opportunities of relevant educational technologies, but also, to some degree, compensates for the defects of face-to-face and distance training. Therefore, applying blending principle to ETT of college teachers can establish and improve the current ETT system, and then promote reform and development of teaching modes in colleges.
