孟鲁司特钠联合小儿定喘口服液治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘50例

Montelukast sodium combined with antisathmatic oral liquid for child in the treatment of 50 children cough variant asthma cases

目的研究孟鲁司特钠联合小儿定喘口服液在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)治疗中的临床疗效。方法 100例CVA患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠及小儿定喘口服液治疗。观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率94.00%高于对照组78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所观察病例均无明显不良反应发生。结论孟鲁司特钠联合小儿定喘口服液在儿童CVA治疗中的临床疗效显著。

Objective To research clinical effect by montelukast sodium combined with antisathmatic oral liquid for child in the treatment of children cough variant asthma（CVA）. Methods A total of 100 children patients with CVA were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received basic treatment, and the observation group received additional montelukast sodium and antisathmatic oral liquid for child. Clinical effects were observed in both groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 94.00% than 78.00% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in all cases. Conclusion Combination of montelukast sodium and antisathmatic oral liquid for child provides excellent clinical effect in treating children CVA.
