中医补肾强督治偻汤与督灸联合治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果分析

Analysis of effect by traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou decoction combined with Dumoxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

目的探讨中医补肾强督治偻汤与督灸联合治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的效果。方法 104例AS患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各52例。对照组应用西药治疗,研究组在此基础上应用补肾强督治偻汤与督灸联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率88.46%高于对照组的71.15%(P<0.05),两组用药期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论中医补肾强督治偻汤与督灸联合治疗AS疗效佳,无明显不良反应,适于临床应用。

Objective To investigate effect by traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou decoction combined with Du-moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods A total of 104 AS patients were divided by random number table into research group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine for treatment, and the research group received additional Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou decoction combined with Du-moxibustion. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 88.46% than 71.15% of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction during medication in both groups. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Qiangdu Zhilou decoction and Du-moxibustion provides precisely curative effect and no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, and this method is suitable for clinical application.
