摘要
目的探讨胃溃疡患者的临床护理方法和效果。方法 92例胃溃疡患者,给予其常规护理、药物指导、心理护理、健康教育,分析效果。结果患者接受治疗和护理后,共有75例患者痊愈,12例显效,5例无效,临床总有效率为94.57%(87/92)。结论消化内科胃溃疡患者临床中接受合理的护理对其治疗效果有促进作用,应该积极推广使用。
Objective To investigate measures and effect by clinical nursing for gastric ulcer patients. Methods A total of 92 gastric ulcer patients received conventional nursing, medicine guidance, psychological nursing and health education for effects analysis. Results After treatment and nursing, there were 75 healed cases, 12 excellent cases, and 5 ineffective cases, with total clinical effective rate as 94.57%（87/92）. Conclusion Implement of rational nursing during treatment for gastric ulcer patients in department of gastroenterology provides accelerating effect, and this method is worth active promotion and application.
