旅游型海岛因其独特的生态资源优势吸引了众多投资,开发建设活动逐渐增多,导致其敏感的生态环境面临巨大的冲击。文章围绕体现海岛特色和塑造人本环境两大旅游核心价值,通过对滨海沙滩、生态水网和山脊轮廓等关键要素的保护与控制,延续海岛独有的生态特色;通过引导圈层式空间结构、精细设计通海廊道和滨海界面、构建人本尺度的街区空间等手段营造舒适宜人的滨海空间,旨在寻求强烈的开发诉求与敏感的生态环境之间的平衡,保障海岛滨海空间的可持续发展。

The unique resource of islands attracts investments for tourism development, which results in ecological deterioration due to increased construction activities. The paper proposes preservation of island ecological features such as natural beach, water, mountains, and creating humanistic seafront space through design of ring structure space, sea corridor and street. It seeks balance between development and ecological preservation for sustainable development of islands.
