Leisure Tourism Village Design For Sustainable Operation

文章通过分析休闲旅游型村庄建设的总体状况与存在问题,从可持续运营的角度出发,提出休闲旅游型村庄规划应跳出传统规划重资源、重空间的模式,更多地关注市场的需求与投资的需求,整合市场、投资和空间,形成一个系统性的规划内容。同时,以南京市四园村为例,从乡村空间价值的发现与规划利用、乡村休闲产品的打造及可实施的建设预控指导方面展开实证研究,以期构建政企共建、城乡共融、持续共生的休闲旅游型村庄发展模式。

Through an analysis of overall condition and problems of leisure tourism villages, the paper proposes leisure tourism village planning shall transfer from traditional resource and space centered model to market, investment, and space integrated system. Taking Siyuan village as an example, the paper analyzes spatial values and planning, leisure products creation, and construction guidance, to establish a sustainable development pattem that integrates government and enterprise, city and countryside.
