The Mobile Internet Industry System Governance Based on the Industrial Ecosystem

本文分析了移动互联网产业各参与主体以及其构成的生态系统,从产业生态学角度研究了移动互联网产业生态群落;结合产业系统生态化治理理论提出了双层生态化治理模型,宏观层面以政府为主导,微观层面以企业为主导的产业系统生态化治理模式;联系国内移动互联网产业发展现状,提出信任机制、激励机制、利益共享机制和协调发展机制等四大移动互联网治理机制来保证产业系统生态化治理模式的实施。

This paper analyzed several important node enterprises of mobile internet industry and the ecosystem they had constituted. The analysis of mobile internet industry ecological communities is based on industrial ecology. Proposed double ecological governance model combined with the industrial system of ecological governance theory. The model is that government should lead the ecological governance at the macro level while the leading enterprises should manage the micro level. With the theory of industrial ecology network governance, it puts forward four governance mechanism-cooperation and trust mechanism, innovation incentive mechanism, profit sharing mechanism and coordinated development mechanism to ensure the implementation of the industrial chain governance model.
