摘要
基于2003—2012年中国21个制造业数据,运用EG指数来衡量制造业集聚水平,构建动态面板门槛模型检验绿色技术效率视角下制造业集聚影响环境治理绩效的非线性效应。研究表明,制造业集聚可通过绿色技术效率影响环境治理绩效,对绿色技术效率及环境治理绩效的影响存在明显的制造业集聚水平、市场化水平和科技创新水平门槛。制造业集聚与环境治理绩效之间存在明显的U型关系,市场化程度越高越有利于促进绿色技术效率并提高环境治理绩效,制造业绿色技术外溢存在吸收能力的门槛,只有成功跨越科技创新水平门槛,才能对绿色技术效率和环境治理绩效产生显著提升作用。
Based on the data of 21 manufacturing industries in China from 2003 to 2012, this paper uses the EG index to measure the agglomeration level of manufacturing industry, and then uses the dynamic panel threshold model to test the threshold effect of manufacturing industry agglomeration on environmental governance performance in the view of green technology efficiency. The research results show that, the manufacturing agglomeration can affect the performance of environmental governance through green technology efficiency, and the effect of manufacturing agglomeration on green technology efficiency and environmental governance performance has obvious threshold effect of the level of manufacturing agglomeration, the level of marketization and the level of scientific and technological innovation. There is a clear "U" relationship between manufacturing industry agglomeration and environmental governance performance. The higher degree of marketization is more conducive to promoting green technology efficiency and environmental governance performance. There is a threshold value of absorptive capacity of green technology spillover in the manufacturing industry, and only when the threshold value of scientific and technological innovation can be reached, can manufacturing agglomeration promote green technology efficiency and environmental governance performance.
