摘要
构建和传播城市的低碳创新形象是应对全球气候变暖、改变传统粗放型城市形象、展现低碳城市新风貌的重要名片,是面向生态文明、推进低碳发展、加强创新驱动、重塑低碳、生态、和谐、宜居的现代城市形象的重要战略。城市低碳创新的形象传播应从城市精神、城市行为、城市视觉、风情感受、消费感受、经济感受等方面构建六维度规划模型。加强城市低碳创新形象传播与规划,应重视低碳创新的形象设计,树立低碳创新的城市理念,制定低碳创新的城市传播战略,构建低碳城市人居环境和绿色基础设施系统,充实低碳创新的城市文化内涵,提高城市低碳经济感受。
The construction and dissemination of low carbon innovation image of a city is a response to global warming, changing the traditional extensive image, showing important business card of low carbon city of new features. It is also the basic strategy for the ecological civilization, promoting low carbon development, strengthening the innovation drive, remodeling of low carbon, ecological, harmonious, livable modern city image. The image communication of low carbon innovation of a city should be constructed in the six dimensional planning model from the aspects of city spirit, city behavior, city visual, amorous feelings, consumer experience, economy feelings and so on. Strengthening communication and planning of it, weshould pay attention to the image of the design of low carbon innovation, establish the concept of low carbon innovation city, draw up communication strategy of low carbon innovation city, build a low carbon city for living environment and green infrastructure system, enrich the city cultural connotation of low carbon innovation,and improve the low carbon economy experiences in the city.
