摘要
在棕壤肥料长期定位试验基础上,测定不同水平磷肥处理玉米产量、灌浆期玉米穗位叶叶绿素荧光参数等指标。结果表明,施用磷肥能显著提高玉米产量,增施磷肥可以明显影响叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线变化,无论在低量有机肥还是高量有机肥投入条件下,增施磷肥均可以降低玉米穗位叶OJIP曲线的K、J和I值,减少叶片放氧复合体系统损伤程度。合理的氮磷比例可以有效提高PSⅡ电子传递性能,对于PSⅡ供体侧性能无明显影响。随着磷肥的施入,PSⅠ反应中心P700的最大氧化还原能力和光系统Ⅰ和Ⅱ的协调性受到一定抑制。
A long term field experiment was conducted to measure the performance about photosynthetic systems, such as the maize yield, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of maize earleaf during the filling stage. The re-sults indicated that the application of phosphate fertilizer can obviously increase maize yield. Applying phosphate fertilizer continuously can affect obviously the change of the chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics curve.Whether the input of organic fertilizer in low capacity or high capacity, the K-value, J-value and I-value of maize ear-leaf and the damage level of leaf stocking complex system can be decreased with addition of phosphate fertilizer. The reasonable N/P ratios can effectively improve PSⅡ electron transfer performance, but have no obvious influence on PSⅡ donor side performance. The coordination of the maximum redox capacity and the light system I and II of PS I reaction center P700 is inhibited in some degree with the application of phosphate fertilizer.
