植物体内磷素状况测定方法的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 磷是肥料三要素之一,在农业生产中发挥着不可替代的作用;然而世界上现存的磷矿资源非常有限,给粮食增产带来很大压力。因此,合理施用磷肥显得尤为重要,这就需要对植物体内的磷状况进行及时有效地监测。本文对植物体内磷素状况的检测方法进行了综述及比较,并对未来新技术的发展进行了展望。 Phosphorus is one of the three essentials of fertilizer and plays an irreplaceable role in agricultural production.However,the phosphorus rock resource in the world is very limited,leading to great pressure to boost food production.Therefore,rational application of P fertilizer is particularly important,which depends on the timely and effective monitoring of the P status in plants.In this paper,we reviewed the advances of the methods for determining the P status in plants,and also gave a prospection for the development of new technologies.
