摘要
采用有机溶剂法联合提取了迷迭香枝叶中鼠尾草酚、鼠尾草酸和熊果酸等三种脂溶性成分,利用高效液相色谱法测定了其含量,考察了超声波的强化提取效果。通过单因素试验和正交试验获得有机溶剂法联合提取迷迭香三种脂溶性成分的优化工艺:提取温度80℃、乙醇体积分数90%、提取时间45min、料液比1∶10(g/mL)、颗粒度≥80目、提取次数1次,鼠尾草酚、鼠尾草酸和熊果酸的总得率达7.09%。超声波能有效缩短提取时间,对有机溶剂法联合提取迷迭香中三种脂溶性成分的过程具有一定强化作用。
The organic solvent extraction method is used to extract the fat-soluble components such as carnosol, carnosic acid and ursolic from the leaves and branches of Rosmarinus officinalis L. simultaneously, The content of these three components described above is determined by HPLC, and the enhancement extraction effect of ultrasonic wave is studied. The optimized extraction technology obtained through the single factor and orthogonal experiments is as follows, extraction temperature of 80 "C, ethanol concentration of 90~ ,extraction time of 45 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1 ~ 10 (g/mL), particle size ~ 80 meshes, extracting for 1 time. The total yield of carnosol, carnosic acid and ursolic is up to 7.09M under the conditions above. The wtrascnic wave has sighificant enhancement effect to the organic solvent extraction process by shortening the extraction time effectively.
