紫外分光光度法快速测定山葵中异硫氰酸酯的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立一种快速测定山葵中异硫氰酸酯含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以烯丙基异硫氰酸酯为对照品,测定249nm处的吸光度。结果:对照品在0~80μg/mL范围内,吸光度呈良好的线性关系(R=0.9997),回归方程为Y=0.0127X-0.013,加标回收率在86.7%~98.8%之间,方法相对标准偏差为1.09%~3.33%,测得山葵中异硫氰酸酯含量为0.079%。结论:该方法简单快速、准确度高、重复性好,为进一步开发利用山葵提供了理论基础。 Objective: A method for the rapid quantification of isothiocyanates in Wasabi japonica Mastum is established. Methods. In this test, the content of isothiocyanates is detected by ultraviolet spectrometry, allyl isothiocyanate is regarded as the standard, and the maximum absorption wavelength is at 249 nm. Results. The good linearity between concentration and absorbance of the standard is within the range of 0 - 80 μg/mL with a relativity coefficient of 0. 9997, the linear regression equation is: Y=0. 0127 X-0. 013. The recovery rate is 86.7%-98.8% and the relative standard deviation is 1. 09% - 3. 33%, the isothiocyanates content in Wasabi japonica Mastum is 0. 079%. Conclusions: The method is simple and fast, has high accuracy and good repeatability, and it has provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Wasabi japonica Mastum.
