摘要
应用"A"-"非A"试验法对食醋的感官进行了差别检验,结果表明:两种食醋样品之间有显著差异,该法能检验出食醋样品之间的差异,适合对食醋的感官品质进行差别检验。
In this paper, "A" and "non-A" test method is adopted to conduct the difference test of vinegar. The result shows that two kinds of vinegar have significant differences. This method could test the differences of two kinds of vinegar, and it is suitable for sensory evaluation of vinegar.
