微囊化三丁酸甘油酯对肉鸡生长性能、肠道形态及菌群的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究微囊化三丁酸甘油酯(ME-TB)对肉鸡生长性能、肠道形态及菌群的影响,评价其对肉鸡的饲用效果。试验选用360羽1日龄健康艾维因肉公鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每重复20羽。空白组饲喂基础饲粮,对照组和试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加液态三丁酸甘油酯(TB)和ME-TB(三丁酸甘油酯有效含量2 000 mg/kg),试验期42 d。结果表明:试验组肉鸡平均日增质量(ADG)较空白组和对照组提高7.31%(P<0.05)和3.96%(P>0.05),料重比(F∶G)降低6.06%(P<0.05)和3.63%(P>0.05),平均日采食量(ADFI)和成活率(SR)均有改善趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组肉鸡十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度较空白组和对照组均有显著提高(P<0.05),盲肠内容物中乳酸菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著下降(P<0.05),芽孢杆菌数量无显著变化(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯可促进肉鸡生长、改善肠道形态结构、促进肠道有益菌增殖及抑制有害菌生长;且微囊化三丁酸甘油酯在促进肉鸡生长、改善肠道形态及菌群结构等方面效果优于液态三丁酸甘油酯。
