宿主遗传基因和微生物菌群联系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 肠道微生物菌群对动物的健康起至关重要的作用,微生物菌群的丰度在一定程度上受宿主基因型的影响,并与宿主基因、日粮类型、代谢和免疫有关。试验综述相关研究进展,并在扩大数据集和完善微生物表型方面为宿主-微生物共同进化理论提供理论支持。
