摘要
采用质的研究方法,沿着两条路线进行研究.一条以教学研究能力处于高原现象的两位中学物理教师为研究对象,对他们教学研究能力的形成过程进行了长达一年半的干预促进和跟踪调查,收集了他们能力转变过程中丰富翔实的材料.另一条以研究者"我"展开,记录了与研究对象合作过程中我的能力转变过程和切身体会.由此归纳出了影响中学教师教学研究能力形成的主要因素,并且提出了促进中学教师专业发展的建议.
The study adopts qualitative research method,and along two routes unfolds. One route takes two teachers who are staying on plateau phenomenon as objects,investigates and records their formation course of the education and teaching study ability,and collects the full and accurate material of the change of their ability. The other rout unfolds around me,records the change of my ability and my feelings during the cooperation course. Therefore,it concludes the main factors of influencing the high school teachers ' study ability and the core quality that a researching teacher should have,and puts forward some advice about the professional development of teachers.
