介绍了广东省粤电集团有限公司沙角A厂,4号锅炉在大修期间锅炉化学清洗工艺。化学清洗采用盐酸清洗,柠檬酸漂洗及双氧水钝化工艺,酸洗后金属腐蚀速率及腐蚀总量均符合DL/T 794-2012《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》要求。

To introduce Shajiao A Power Station of Guangdong Yuedian Group Co.,Ltd # 4 boiler chemical cleaning of boiler during the overhaul process. During the chemical cleaning the hydrochloric acid used for pickling,citric acid used for rinse and hydrogen peroxide used for passivation. The metal corrosion rate and corrosion after pickling were accord with DL / T 794- 794 ＂guidelines for thermal cleaning of fossil plant＂.
