摘要
提出了一种具有新型结构的闪蒸室,可用于真空、常压和中高压参数下的闪蒸试验研究。依据试验现象可视化和容器结构强度的要求,确定了该装置的形状、材料及关键参数。根据试验工况及结构特点,应用有限元法对整体结构进行应力分析,数值模拟得到了机械载荷和热载荷下的应力分布。依照分析设计标准分别对局部结构进行强度校核和热应力校核。水压试验验证该闪蒸室密封严密,结构强度合格。
A flash chamber with new structure was developed, which could be used in the flash evaporation experiment under vacuum, atmospheric, medium and high pressure. The shape, material, and key parameters of the chamber were determined based on the requirements of experimental phenomena visualization and structure strength. Stress analysis was performed using finite element method considering the experiment conditions and structural features. Stress distributions under the mechanical load and thermal load were obtained using numerical simulation. Strength check and thermal stress check of the local structure was carried out according to the design standard. The hydrostatic test was verified that the chamber had a tight sealing and a qualified strength.
