摘要
兼顾到吸能元件的吸能效果与节约材料的要求,基于SIMP变密度法拓扑优化,运用相对差值的数学方法,建立了降低静态刚度与动态各阶固有频率的多目标拓扑优化数学模型。以优化好的锥角及壁厚的泡沫铝吸能元件为分析对象,对其进行多目标拓扑优化设计,最终吸能元件在保证吸能效果的同时,质量减轻了13%,达到了节约资金的目的。
Considering the requirement of energy absorption effect and saving material, the multi-objective topology optimization model with reducing static stiffness and dynamic natural frequencies was established using the relative difference math method based on SIMP topology optimization variable density method. The multi-objective topology optimization design was performed on the optimal aluminum foam energy-absorbing component with good angle and wall thickness. Finally, the weight of energy-absorbing component has reduced by 13%, ensuring energy absorption effect at the same time. The purpose of saving money was achieved.
